Commissioning,
Training & Procedure Development
Wamar has supplied Kansas City Power &
Light with an Electrical Commissioning Specialist and created
their System Descriptions, System Operating Procedures,
Alarm Guides, Qualification Guides, Operator Round Sheets,
and Simplified Drawings for Iatan Unit 1 and II. Wamar also
provided the O&M Training for the Balance of Plant Systems
for Units 1 & II as well.

Porvoo Refinery
Frame 6B Major Overhaul including Rotor
Wamar provided complete supervisory personnel, parts, and
rotor rehabilitation for a GE Frame 6B Gas Turbine overhaul
including a complete rotor overhaul including destacking/restacking/balance.
The unit was located at the Porvoo Refinery just outside
of Helsinki, Finland.

Mullah Frame
6B Major Overhauls
Wamar completed the complete major overhaul and system
rehabilitations for five Frame 6B Gas Turbines located at
the New Mullah Power Station in northern Iraq. Complete
rehabilitation included complete capital parts supply and
installation, DCS replacement and integration including
the replacement of the Generator Protection Systems and
Battery/UPS Systems. Overhauls included correction of all
site workarounds and replacement of the fuel supply system
piping and High Voltage Transformer Rehabilitation and Testing.

Baghdad/Qudas
Frame 9E Major Maintenance
Wamar completed a series of Combustion Inspections, Hot
Gas Path Inspections, and Major Overhauls to include the
complete supply of supervision, craft labor, parts, repair
facilities, logistics, and security for the performance
of 2 years worth of major maintenance including emergent
maintenance of 4 Frame 9E Gas Turbines at Qudas Power Station
and 2 Frame 9E Gas Turbines at Baghdad South Power Station.
